Parisians Know Their Demographic

I was scanning some pictures from my trip to Europe way back in 1999 into my computer tonight and I came across a picture that I took of a store called "Homeboys" in Paris, France. As ridiculous as it seems, this is a real store. It's a store for African Americans even. In Paris, France. No, it doesn't make sense to me either (Neither does Disneyland Paris).
