Because that's what it feels like sometimes...

Unlike everyone else today, I will refrain from writting about Britney Spear's wedding over the weekend.

I submitted my script for my sitcom to Bravo for their reality show Situation: Comedy about the making of a sitcom. I could win some money if they think mine is good enough. My sitom is called La Telenovela or The Soap Opera. Roughly, the sitcom is about a guy who quits his job to write (what he believes will be) the greatest Spanish soap opera ever. The problem is he doesn't speak Spanish. The show focuses more on his friends and their opinions about what he's doing with his life and how no one will tell him what they really think. It's pretty funny if I do say so myself. I hope I win.

I used to be very diligent when it came to writing in my blog. I'm not anymore. Sue me.

Yesterday was one for the history books. I, for the first time, won a game of Risk. This was much to the dismay of my friends. I could see how they would be irritated because I was complaining for most of the game that I would lose. I honestly thought that I would, but I didn't... somehow. It feels great to come off conqueror. I must savor the moment for this will never happen again.

I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while. It's not like anyone reads this or anything. It's been a crazy few weeks here at work. For this reason I have been unable to update my blog. I usually post here when I'm bored at work. I'm too lazy to do it when I get home.

I'm annoyed with my computer, because it decided to stop functioning correctly. I think we've got a virus. That might not be the case. I have been known to be wrong. I'm just hoping that it's nothing real serious. My father in-law has the computer in his possession right now. I'm hoping that he'll just have to reload Windows and then everyhting will be just fine. I really don't want to have to reformat my hard drive and loose everything. That would suck.

On the plus side, however, my wife and I upgraded our internet from dial-up to DSL. I am really excited about this. Unfortunately, my excitement was off-set by our computer problems, which brings me to my question of the day: what good is high-speed internet without a computer?
